Effective Organizations are built through relationships, not rules
Rule making should not replace relationship building, If it does, you will breed and develop rule followers, but not leaders
An Effective Organization is a mass of Dynamic Teams led by Sua Sponte Leaders (leaders of their own accord). F3 represents these by lizards.
Lizards are light, fast, and always ready to move quickly. Effective organization are the same way
Lizards have everything they need to prosper, but dont get weighed down by unnecessary things.
While a lizard is small enough get caught in one hand, they are found in kings houses
Leaders identify what their life problem is, and implement the solution to that problem.

Moleskin:
Sarge and YHC had a good discussion about theology while suffering the chill today. It was a good way to converse about difference/similarities while simultaneously respecting each other and showing care for another Man. We don’t have to agree on everything, but we do need to respect each other and show love despite differing viewpoints.

Turkey Trot was a great success. Ruf-e-ooo, BMX, Clear Coat, Hubcap, and Gas Station. Also former regulars Wiggle and Waddle also showed up but didn’t start with the group.
