“There is no limit to what you can accomplish when you don’t care who gets the credit” – Harry Truman

The HIM is not in it for the accolades. The HIM swallows his pride and does what is right, because it is what is right
The HIM recognizes his true success comes from the team entrusted to his leadership
The HIM acknowledges that the failure to achieve the mission is his fault as the team’s leader.
The HIM doesn’t allow his tendency toward wanting to be praised distract him the goal: mission success, acceleration of the team
Effectiveness over recognition, mission success over pride
Moleskin:
Gilligan bemoaned to choice to forgo a water bottle today. The air was so thick you could cut it with a shovel flag!
Duck walks are amazing….said noone…ever.
